March 24, 2015 WACO, Texas - Two teams with seven-game winning streaks will square off Wednesday as the No. 13 Baylor Bears (21-6) head to Denton to face North Texas (14-14). The Bears will look to avenge a Feb. 20 loss to the Mean Green at 6 p.m. at UNT's Lovelace Stadium.
Baylor has won 9 of its last 10 games and seven-straight games with the Lady Bears last playing March 17 at home in a doubleheader sweep over Houston.
The Mean Green swept C-USA series with Southern Mississippi (March 14-15) and Florida International Friday and Saturday with a win over Tulsa in between, March 16.
The Eagles knocked off the No. 9 Bears Feb. 20 in Waco as Madison Thompson threw a seven-hit shutout to lead UNT.
