PALM SPRINGS, Calif. --- The No. 18 Baylor softball team split a pair of games on the first day of action at the Palm Springs Classic, falling to Pacific 4-1 before defeating No. 22 Oregon 9-6. With the split, Baylor moves to 7-4 on the season.

The home run was Reagan's fourth of the season as the freshman leads the team in home runs and has reached base in every game this season.
Pacific added a run in the sixth to make the score 4-1 as it would be more than enough for the Tigers who went on to claim the three-run victory.

The two home runs in a game tied the school record and marked the fourth time in Lynam's Baylor career she has hit two home runs in a single contest.
