• Colorado's last win in Waco came on March 1, 2003, 72-59.
• The two teams met for the first time in 12 years last season in Colorado's first year back in the Big 12. Colorado took that meeting 76-74 in Boulder.
• BU went on its road swing last week at Cincinnati and West Virginia, coming home 1-1.
• Baylor earned its second conference win and snapped its four-game losing streak at WVU, winning 63-53.
• In Morgantown, BU snapped West Virginia's 16-home game winning streak, what was the longest home winning streak in the Big 12 dating back to last year. BU's nine program wins at Hope Coliseum underneath head coach Scott Drew are the most by any Big 12 team.
• Obi Agbim found success on the road, posting double-figures in points in both games. Agbim led BU in scoring at WVU with 16 points, a season-high in conference play, only the second time this season Agbim has led the team in points.
• BU is 10-2 when Agbim finds himself in double-figures in points.
• Agbim found seven assists with zero turnovers on the week and ranks second in the Big 12 and 10th in the NCAA in assist/turnover ratio (3.67).
• Baylor currently holds a 2-7 conference record, the worst start to Big 12 play since the 2006-07 season.
• Baylor looks to break its four-home game losing streak, the last time BU lost four consecutive home games was 2013-14. BU hasn't won at home since Dec. 29 vs. Arlington Baptist.
• Notably during the 2013-14 season, BU finished 9-9 in the Big 12 and went on to advance to the NCAA Sweet 16.
• In Big 12 play, BU has outrebounded its opponent in seven out of nine conference games this season, averaging 36.3 rebounds per game and 12.0 offensive rebounds per game in the conference season.

• Kenpom has the Bears holding the No. 2 toughest opponent defensive strength of schedule in the country.

• Cameron Carr was named on the Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Award Midseason Watch List, one of five players in the Big 12 to make the top-10 watch list.
• Carr has reached double-figures in the first half in 16 of 21 games this season.
SCOUTING THE BUFFALOES
• Colorado is 13-9 overall and tied with TCU and Cincinnati for 10th in the Big 12 Conference standings with a league record of 3-6. The Buffaloes snapped their season-long six-game skid with an 87-61 victory over TCU on Feb. 1.
• With the win over the Horned Frogs, Colorado has matched its conference win total from 2024-25 in 11 fewer games (3-17). The Buffaloes also have one more regular season win than all of last year, Colorado would finish with 14 overall wins after a pair of wins in the Big 12 Championship (14-21).
• Guard Isaiah Johnson has been the team's top scorer at 16.5 ppg, supported by contributions from Sebastian Rancik, Bangot Dak and Barrington Hargress
LAST TIME FACING COLORADO
• Missing its last five shots and turning it over twice late, Colorado left the door open for the Baylor Bears to come back from a 10-point deficit in the last 4 ½ minutes Saturday at the CU Events Center. The Bears (16-11, 8-8) just couldn't quite squeeze through it, falling to the last-place Buffaloes, 76-74.
• Norchad Omier recorded his 15th double-double of the season and 83rd of his career with a game-high 18 points and 13 rebounds. Langston Love hit three 3-pointers and scored 17 points, while Jalen Celestine and Jeremy Roach scored 11 points apiece for the Bears.
