
No. 21 MGOLF Faces Strong Field at The Prestige

The Bears are one of five Big 12 teams in the field this week at PGA West
PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – Fresh off a win last week in Laredo, No. 21 Baylor men's golf returns to action at the Prestige at PGA West on Monday morning.
Played on the Norman Course at PGA West, The Prestige field has five top-25 teams, including the 21st-ranked Bears, and head coach Mike McGraw is looking forward to watching his team compete out west this week.
"This will be a terrific field and a great course, so we are excited about the opportunity," McGraw said.
Johnny Keefer is coming off a second-place finish at the Border Olympics, his best finish since winning the Rice Intercollegiate in January 2021. The senior will play at the No. 1 spot for the 18th-straight tournament and will tee off at 9:29 a.m. CT.
Trey Bosco notched his third top-5 of the season last week at the Border Olympics and will play at the No. 2 spot this week. The team leader in top-5 finishes this season will tee off at 9:18 a.m. CT.
Drew Wrightson will play at No. 3, fresh off his tie for eighth last week in Laredo. The sophomore will hit the first tee at 9:07 a.m. CT.
Tyler Isenhart enters PGA West on a roll, coming in with a pair of top-10 finishes, including a tie for eight at the Border Olympics. The senior rolls off the first tee at 8:56 a.m. CT.
Zach Heffernan will play at No. 5 this week after the sophomore finished 13th last week at the Border Olympics. Heffernan will lead things off for the Bears at 8:45 a.m. CT.
