WACO, Texas - ESPN has expanded its coverage for the NCAA Softball Lafayette Regional, which begins tomorrow, and Baylor fans will also be able to hear the games on local radio station.
Sunday's championship day was scheduled to be televised on ESPN2 at 6 p.m. with the if necessary matchup at 8:30 p.m. airing on ESPNU, but ESPN will also carry Saturday's elimination games on its flagship station at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. All games of the Lafayette regional will be streamed on ESPN3.com or the WatchESPN app on your mobile device.
Baylor's opener Friday vs. Mississippi State at 5:30 p.m. will air locally on ESPN Central Texas 1660 AM. The remainder of Baylor's games will be carried on 101.3 FM.
Pam Ward and Cheri Kempf will have the play-by-play and color analysis, respectively on ESPN broadcasts while Derek Smith and Kyle Robarts will broadcast Baylor's radio broadcasts along with an audio-only stream on BaylorBears.com.
