WACO, Texas - The No. 12 Baylor (22-4) softball team will play host to Texas State (17-11) Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Getterman Stadium as the Lady Bears try for their 11^th consecutive win. Baylor and the Bobcats faced each other neutrally in Gulfport, Miss. March 1 with the Lady Bears taking an 11-1 win in five innings.

Baylor is coming off a 5-0 weekend at the USF Michele Smith Spring Break Tournament highlighted by a win over the hosts, USF Friday. The Bears also collected wins over UMass, Purdue, UCONN and Penn State.

Texas State is 4-6 in its last 10 games but did take its latest series from UL-Monroe sweeping a doubleheader Saturday before falling 3-2 in the finale Sunday.

Baylor boasts the Big 12's top ERA at 1.39 while hitting .330 offensively. Texas State holds a 2.91 ERA among its pitching staff and the Bobcats are hitting .282 as a team.

All tickets will be just $3 for Tuesday night's game and free Dr. Pepper floats will be in the concourse from 6-7 p.m. for fans in attendance.
