The No. 15 Baylor softball team (21-6) managed just two hits and fell to Buffalo (7-12) 1-0 on Saturday afternoon at Getterman Stadium. The loss snapped BU's seven-game win streak.

"I want to apologize to all of the fans that had to come out and see that," head coach Glenn Moore. "I promise that we will get it fixed through hard work and dedication."

Liz Paul (6-3) took the loss after going 3.0 relief innings, allowing two hits and one run. Courtney Repka made the start, receiving a no decision, throwing 4.0 innings, giving up one hit and walking one.

Kayce Walker and Paul recorded the lone hits for BU.

Buffalo scored the lone run in the top of the sixth with an RBI-double from Alyssa Ward that scored Holly Luciano, who singled.

The Lady Bears will be back in action, hosting Stephen F. Austin for a doubleheader on Tuesday beginning at 3 pm.
