The Baylor softball team (29-14) will welcome back senior Brette Reagan to the lineup, as the Lady Bears take on Texas State (25-12) Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Getterman Stadium. Tuesday's game will mark a stretch that will see Baylor play four games in five days.
"It's going to be a busy week," head coach Glenn Moore said. "I am excited to see what we are made of and to get Brette back in the lineup."
Reagan will return to the Baylor lineup for the first time since tearing her ACL on March 6.
"I am really excited to come back and play with my teammates," Reagan said. "I have a new perspective on the game of softball now and I am ready to be back out there again."
The Lady Bears are coming off a home sweep of Oklahoma State this past weekend. Whitney Canion leads the Big 12 Conference in strikeouts by 108 heading in to Tuesday's action.
Texas State enters tomorrow's contest with a three-game winning streak. The Bobcats return from a week off without any games after sweeping New Mexico on the road, 3-0, holding a 25-12 overall record.
