Round 1 & 2 Results 
CRYSTAL RIVER, Fla. - The Baylor women's golf team fired a 307 and a 309 respectively during the first two rounds of the University of Cincinnati Spring Invitational on Friday.
The Lady Bears are currently third on the team leaderboard after 36 holes of play; eight shots back of tourney host Cincinnati and one stroke behind second place South Florida. Cincinnati's Anna Cumtell and Florida Gulf Coast University's Jessica Paulmann share the individual lead with a two-round score of 149.
With 18 holes left to play, Baylor's Jordan Rhodes finds herself just one shot back of Cumtell and Paulmann for the individual title. Rhodes, competiting as an individual medalist for the Lady Bears, finished with a season-low round of 3-over 75 during both of Friday's first two rounds and is currently tied for third place overall.
Hannah Burke was the top performer of the five Baylor individuals scoring for the team title. Burke rebounded from a 5-over 77 during the morning 18 to shoot a 74 during the second round of play at the 6,002 yard, par 72 course at the Plantation Golf Resort. The junior from Hertfordshire, England, is tied for fifth individually.
Rounding out the top 20 for Baylor is sophomore Lene Hafsten-Morch and freshman Chelsey Cothran. Both Hafsten-Morch and Cothran find themselves in a seven-way tie for 19th overall after a two round total of 155.
Also competiting for the Lady Bears was Jaclyn Jansen and Natalie Hocott. Jansen tallied a first-day 156 (78-78), while Hocott ended the day tied for 42nd individually with a two round score of 161 (82-79).
Baylor will wrap up the Cincinnati Spring Invite with the third and final round of play Saturday morning with a 9 a.m. shotgun start in Crystal River, Fla.
