The Baylor men's golf team heads down I-35 to compete in the Morris Williams Intercollegiate hosted by Texas Monday and Tuesday at Austin Country Club in Austin. The Bears are looking to keep a hot streak going as they are coming off consecutive first- and second-place finishes, including an individual title.
The Bears are coming off a nine-stroke victory at the Hyatt/Puerto Rico Intercollegiate at Dorado Beach Golf Club in San Juan last week, their first team title under first-year head coach Greg Priest.
Junior Ryan Baca, who won the UTSA Roadrunner Intercollegiate two weeks ago, once again led the way for Baylor, tying for seventh, while freshman Jeremy Alcorn posted his second straight Top-10 finish by tying for 10th.
