Baylor's Brehm Dismissed From Team

WACO, Texas - Baylor baseball head coach Steve Smith announced Tuesday the dismissal of Derek Brehm from the team after the junior pitcher was involved in an off-the-field incident for the second time in less than a year.

"I regret having to dismiss Derek from our program," Smith said. "But considering his conduct over the past year and his most recent incident, I believe this is the correct response."
