Fresh off a tournament victory in Michigan last weekend, Baylor's women's golf team travels to Albuquerque, N.M., to compete in the Comcast-Dick McGuire Invitational Thursday through Saturday.
The McGuire Invitational, hosted by the University of New Mexico, is held at the 6,069-yard, par-73 UNM Championship Golf Course in Albuquerque.
Competition will start Thursday with 18 holes, followed by 18 on Friday and Saturday. The 18-team field includes: Arizona, Baylor, BYU, UCLA, Colorado State, Hawai'i, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Oregon State, Pepperdine, Texas A&M, TCU, UTEP, Texas Tech, Tulsa and Washington.
Baylor, unranked in the preseason edition of the MasterCard Collegiate Golf Rankings, won the team title at the Wolverine Invitational in Ann Arbor, Mich., last weekend.
