WACO, Texas - For his performance in Baylor's 2-1 loss to Oklahoma State Saturday, senior righthander Chad Hawkins has been named Big 12/Phillips 66 Pitcher of the Week, the league announced Monday.

Hawkins (2-2), a native of Grapevine, Texas, went the distance for Baylor, giving up two unearned runs on three hits and striking out nine batters, while walking just one.
