Matt Johnson: Matt serves Baylor Athletics as the Associate Athletics Director of Ticket Operations and Customer Service, promoted to that role in 2015.
 
Johnson was hired at Baylor in 2010 as an Assistant AD of Ticket Operations and Customer Service.
 
Prior to his time with BU, Johnson Was the director of Ticket Operations at Iowa State from 2006-2010, following one-year stints as an Assistant Athletics Ticket Manager at LSU and Houston.
 
In his current role, Johnson assists in fulfillment of game contracts, athletic ticket contracts and other contracted events. He also serves as the direct supervisor of nine NCAA ticket sports and assists in developing strategies with the Baylor Bear Foundation’s annual fund.
 
During his tenure, Johnson has overseen the opening of McLane Stadium and helped in implementing a yearly reseat and upgrading seat selection process. He also created the use and implementation of dynamic pricing, drastically increasing revenues, while also hosting and handling many NCAA Championship events.
 
A native of Stillwater, Okla., Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business administration from Oklahoma State University in 2003.
