By October 15 of each year, each coeducational institution of higher education that participates in any Federal student aid program and has an intercollegiate athletic program must prepare an EADA report and make it available upon request to students, potential students, and the public.

The OPE Equity in Athletics Disclosure Website is brought to you by the Office of Postsecondary Education of the U.S. Department of Education. It was authorized by Congress with the 1998 amendments to the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA) to help prospective students and their families research athletic opportunities on various college campuses. Under the HEA, the Secretary of Education is required to collect financial and statistical information on men's and women's intercollegiate sports and make it available to the public.
