Cody Hall serves Baylor Athletics as Executive Senior Associate AD, Internal Administration & Chief Financial Officer, promoted in May of 2023.
Hall was named Associate AD for Financial Services in 2017 and he was promoted to Senior Associate AD for Financial Services in 2018.
Hall’s main responsibilities include fiscal planning for the athletics department with oversight of business operations and accounting. He also provides leadership and guidance in budget prep, equipment, travel, and financial controls. Hall’s years with the business department have seen balanced athletics budgets with expenditures never exceeding original budget.
Since arriving at Baylor in 2007, Hall has served in a number of roles within Baylor Athletics’ business department. He began as an Assistant Business Manager, gaining experience in the world of intercollegiate athletics finances. In 2011, he was promoted to Director of Business Operations and then Assistant AD for Business Operations in 2015.
While earning his Master’s in Sport Management at Baylor, Hall worked as a graduate assistant with Baylor Baseball from 2005-2007. He also earned his Bachelor of Science from Baylor in 2005.
Hall and his wife, Ginny, have three children: Ellie, Emmy, and Lincoln.
