Andrew Charbine serves Baylor Athletics as Assistant AD for Sport Program Administration as of August 2025.
He previously served as Assistant AD for Compliance within the office of Governance and Regulatory Affairs, starting in February 2024.
Charbine originally joined BU Athletics in January of 2023 as the Assistant AD of Administrative Operations.
Charbine was tasked with managing the work of the Executive Team, serving on various work groups to support outcomes. He assisted with scheduling and facilitating agendas for the Executive Team while helping build and accomplish strategic initiatives within the department. Charbine supported the department and sport program administrators through collection of survey data as well.
Previously, Charbine served as the Senior Procurement Manager for Baylor University starting in March of 2020. Prior to that role, he was a Store Director at HEB from 2014 to 2020, and the brand manager for Al Hajery in Kuwait from 2013 to 2014.
The Jounieh, Lebanon, native has his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Houston and is pursuing his Executive MBA at Baylor.
Charbine is married to the former Natalie Rhoades and they have two children, Gerard and Gianna.
