Alex Breitenwischer serves Baylor Athletics as an Athletic Trainer, working primarily with the Equestrian program.
She was elevated to Assistant Director in August of 2024.
Breitenwischer came to BU in August of 2023 after previously working with the Ascension Providence Orthopedics Clinic from 2020-23.
She also worked for Baylor prior to Ascension from 2011-20.
The Dallas, Texas, native earned her Bachelor's in Athletic Training from College of Charleston in 2009 and earned her Master's in Athletic Training from Baylor in 2011.
Breitenwischer is married to Jacob Puente and the couple have a son, Noah. Breitenwischer and Puente met at Baylor.
