Competed in six tournaments during first season at Baylor, including four spring events • Made Baylor debut at Shoal Creek Intercollegiate, finishing tied for 44th overall with a 16-over 232 • Participated as an individual at the Baylor Intercollegiate (+20 233) and Border Olympics (+20 236) • Fired a first-round 69 at the Aggie Invitational - his first sub-par round as a Baylor Bear • Finished tied for 36th at 7-over 151 • Finished tied for 34th at Big 12 Championship - his best finish of the season. Shot a 25-over 241 (78-81-82) at the NCAA South Central Regional in Stillwater, Okla. • Named to Big 12 Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll (fall 2008, spring 2009).

Berkovsky was selected as an all-state performer in 2006 and 2007 during his high school career at Aledo HS • Was a two-time district champion and regional runner-up • Finished sixth at the 2007 Texas 4A State Championship • Won the 2005 and 2006 Fort Worth Junior Golf Association Championship • As a senior, had a 72.3 scoring average • Led team to 2007 Texas 4A State Championship.
