Hometown Biography Summary Biography Email: Ashley_Garza1@baylor.edu Ashley Garza is in her third season as the Director of Equestrian Operations, joining the Baylor staff in August 2015.Garza, a former western student-athlete at Baylor, was a four-year letterwinner for the Bears from 2009 to 2013.Garza's main duties include handling a portion of the program's business responsibilities, team travel, apparel and equipment. Garza also coordinates communication with the Paddock Club membership, the Baylor equestrian boosters, and assists the Baylor staff with scheduling coaching clinics throughout the year.Garza graduated from Baylor in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in corporate communications. She is currently a master's candidate at Baylor in an education psychology degree program with an emphasis on gifted and talented.
