WACO, Texas – No. 9 Baylor equestrian is set to take on its first Big 12 opponent, No. 8 Fresno State, this Friday at 11 a.m. at the Willis Family Equestrian Center in Waco.

The Bears (2-1) return home from Dover, Del. after sweeping both opponents, Delaware State, 12-8, and No. 10 UT Martin, 9-6, in a doubleheader last Friday, Oct 2. Also, seven riders for BU earned scores of 80 and above, with MOP McCarthy and Jumping Seat junior Grace O'Connell receiving the highest scores, 88, respectively. McCarthy, Horsemanship seniors Addisyn Albers and MOP Rutledge, and Reining junior Britt McIlnay all went 2-0 in their matchups.
