SOC Falls at No. 17 Kansas

THE RUNDOWN
LAWRENCE, Kan. – Baylor dropped a 4-1 contest at No. 17 Kansas Sunday afternoon in Lawrence.
Kansas took a 1-0 lead in the 30th minute off a header by Mandi Duggan. Ten minutes into the second half, the Jayhawks added to their score with a goal by Kailey Lane. Duggan netted her second goal of the contest in the 81st minute to put Kansas up by three.
Michaela Gorman put Baylor on the board in the 86th minute. Ally Henderson delivered a corner kick that Gorman headed into the back of the net for the goal.
The Jayhawks added one more goal at the end of regulation by Ebba Costow.
