WACO, Texas -- For the third time this season, No. 24 Baylor volleyball garnered its highest RPI ranking in program history, earning the No. 20 spot in the standings released by the NCAA Monday morning.

Previously at No. 26, the Bears (20-5, 10-2 Big 12) jumped six spots after a perfect 2-0 week with wins over then-No.14 Iowa State and TCU.

The No. 20 ranking surpasses the previous program high of No. 22, which the Bears first achieved on Oct. 16. BU started at No. 32 on Oct. 2 and have maintained a top-30 RPI since then.

With the best record through 25 games in program history, Baylor has successfully navigated through a tough non-conference schedule and is moving through the second half of Big 12 play.

With an 11-2 record at home, the Bears have matched last season's home win total with two more regular season home matches on the horizon.

BU has chalked up 13 wins over RPI top-100 teams, including two wins over Iowa State (13), TCU (64) and Texas Tech (91) and victories over BYU (19), LSU (35), Washington State (42), Texas State (74), West Virginia (79), Illinois State (96) and Kansas State (100).

Baylor checks in as the fourth-ranked team in the Big 12 behind Texas (6), Kansas (12), and Iowa State (13).

BU's five losses on the year have all come from top-50 RPI teams, dropping matches against Texas (6), Kansas (12), Florida State (41), College of Charleston (47) and Hawai'i (49).

Baylor has a midweek bye before traveling to face No. 12 Kansas Saturday at noon CT at Horejsi Family Athletics Center.
