All three doubles matches went to tiebreakers, and No. 1 Oklahoma came out on top when Axel Alvarez and Jose Salazar combined to beat Guillermo Nunez and Hudson Blake on court 3, 8-7 (5). That doubles points proved crucial in OU earning a spot in Tuesday's finals, as the teams split the six singles matches. The Sooners extended their lead to 2-0 when Spencer Papa won 6-0, 6-1 on court 5. TCU responded with a pair of victories to even the match, as Cameron Norrie won in straight sets on court 3 and Facundo Lugones secured a straight-set win on court 4. Oklahoma's Florin Braguis pushed TCU to the brink by clinching his match against Will Stein in a second-set tiebreaker on court 6. Nunez then swept the third set on court 2 to again tie the match. Alvarez then finished off the Horned Frogs with a 7-5, 7-6 (5) win over Nick Chappell on court 1.

After the teams split the first two doubles matches, Baylor secured the point in a tiebreaker on court 3, as Vince Schneider and Felipe Rios combined for an 8-7 (5) win over Virginia's Collin Altamirano and J.C. Aragone. The receiving team won the first 11 points in the tiebreaker before Schneider's match-point serve was followed with a short Rios backhand to clinch the doubles point. UVA quickly answered, taking the lead with straight set wins from Ryan Shane on court 1 and Aragone on court 6. Diego Galeano evened the score with a three-set win on court 4, but UVA won the next two points to clinch a finals berth. Mitchell Frank defeated Tony Lupieri 6-0, 2-6, 7-5 on court 2, and Altamirano came from behind to beat Max Tchoutakian 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 on court 3.
