Equestrian Riders Place At World Championship

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - The Baylor equestrian team found itself well represented at the American Quarter Horse Youth Association Western Horsemanship World Championship on Tuesday in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Incoming freshman Mary Brown (Kelseyville, Calif.) took home the Reserve World Championship while sophomore Parris Rice earned third place. Transfer Gillian Chant rounded out the placing, earning fourth out of a total of 185 entries.
The AQHYA World Championship Show runs through Aug. 11.
