The No. 8 Baylor equestrian team (4-2) returns home for its second of four-straight home competitions, taking on No. 1 Georgia (3-0) on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Willis Family Equestrian Center.

"We picked up a really nice win last weekend," head coach Ellen White said. "I like the fact that we have the number one team in the country at our place, and we will come out and give it our very best effort."

The Bears defeated Oklahoma State, 9-8 on Oct. 29 behind a strong performance from their Hunter Seat squad which scored seven of BU's points. The Hunter Seat team is undefeated on the year at 5-0-1.

The Bulldogs are fresh off a 15-4 victory at home over South Carolina, bringing their season record to 3-0. The team has also defeated Kansas State and SMU. It will mark their first road contest of the year. Georgia leads the all-time series, 7-0.

The competition will begin with fences before moving on to horsemanship and flat, and will end with reining.
