The Baylor equestrian team (3-0) will hit the road for a pair of conference competitions, facing Kansas State (2-2) on Friday at 10:00 a.m. and Oklahoma State (1-0) on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
"This is our first road challenge of the year, so we are excited," head coach Ellen White said. "We have had three weeks to practice and we are ready to showcase ourselves."
The Bears are coming off their third-consecutive Willis Invitational title, which was won on Sept. 25 in Waco. Baylor wrapped up the two-day event without losing any of its 12 events.
The Wildcats closed out their opening weekend with a record of 2-2, with a pair of wins against South Dakota State and SMU and a set of losses at the hands of Auburn and Georgia. Baylor has the all-time series lead, 7-3 after the two teams split last season.
The Cowgirls are coming off a 13-6 win over UT-Martin on Oct. 9. OSU leads the all-time series, 8-3, however, Baylor won the last meeting, 13-3 in the semifinal round of the Big 12 Championship.
