WACO, Texas - Women's basketball's Bernice Mosby has been invited to participate in the WNBA's pre-draft camp in Cleveland, Ohio, March 30-31. The camp will be scouted by representatives from all 13 WNBA teams in preparation for the league's draft to be held on April 4 in Cleveland.

Mosby joins other top women's basketball prospects from around the world at Cleveland State University on March 30-31. The camp offers coaches and general managers from all 13 WNBA teams an opportunity to evaluate the top young players in advance of the 2007 WNBA Draft presented by adidas. The prospects will showcase their skills and compete against one another in drills, half court scenarios and full court scrimmages during three on-court sessions.

The 2007 WNBA Draft presented by adidas will begin at 1 p.m. ET at the Renaissance Hotel in Cleveland. ESPN2 will provide exclusive first round coverage of the Draft with continued coverage of the second and third rounds on ESPNU and NBA TV. In addition, WNBA.com will cover all three rounds, providing complete analysis and comprehensive information on all 13 teams' selections.

Mosby, a native of Brooksville, Fla., led the Lady Bears to a 26-8 record this season and was the team's leading scorer and rebounder at 17.6 points and 9.1 rebounds a game. In addition, she blocked 51 shots, doled out 63 assists and registered 47 steals. Mosby ranked No. 3 in the Big 12 in both scoring and rebounding and was named the league's Newcomer of the Year and first team All-Big 12. She is a Kodak/WBCA All-America finalist as well as a Wade Trophy finalist.

Four Baylor players have been drafted by the WNBA. Sheila Lambert was the seventh pick in the 2002 draft by the Charlotte Sting and that same year, Danielle Crockrom was the 11th pick overall (Utah Starzz, now San Antonio Silver Stars). In 2005 the Seattle Storm took Steffanie Blackmon in the third round and last year Sophia Young became Baylor's highest draftee when she was selected by the Silver Stars as the fourth overall pick of the draft.
