MISCELLANEOUS NOTES

• With the win, Baylor is now 17-46 all-time against Texas Tech as head coach Kim Mulkey improves to 9-7 all-time against the Lady Raiders.
• Prior to the contest, former Lady Bears standout Sheila Lambert (2000-02) had her jersey retired in a pre-game ceremony.
• Baylor will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 6, when the Lady Bears travel to Lawrence, Kan., to face Kansas at 3:00 p.m.
TEAM NOTES
• Baylor won its 11th-straight game and improved to 14-1 on the season with today's victory.
• Baylor finished the game with seven blocked shots, the fourth time this season it has recorded at least 10 rejections. For the season, the Lady Bears have recorded a nation-leading 115 blocked shots.
• Baylor held a five-point edge at the break as the Lady Bears improved to 12-0 on the season when leading after the first 20 minutes. Under Kim Mulkey, Baylor is 143-13 when leading at the break.
• With the win, Baylor is now 5-6 all-time in Big 12 Conference openers and 5-4 all-time in conference openers at home.
• Baylor had only one player score in double figures for the second time this season (Purdue). Texas Tech held Baylor to a season low 18-of-63 (28.6 percent) from the field.
• Baylor forced 23 turnovers and held a 19-9 edge in points off turnovers.
PLAYER NOTES
• Angela Tisdale scored 21 points on the night to set a new season high. It marked the 11th time this season and the 31st time in her career the guard has scored in double figures.
• With four three-pointers, Angela Tisdale moved past Mitzi Williams (70 three-pointers made) and now stands in ninth-place on the Baylor career made three-pointers list. Tisdale now has 73 made three-pointers in her career.
