Due to severe thunderstorms in the Central Texas area, the men's javelin and women's triple jump scheduled for 11 a.m. Sunday were postponed at the 2006 Big 12 Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Warmups for these events will begin no earlier than 1:30 p.m. Each field event will be dictated by any earlier events that could interfere.

Warmups for the men's triple jump will begin immediately following the completion of the women's triple jump and warmups for the women's javelin will begin immediately following the completion of the men's javelin. Warmups for the women's discus cannot start until the completion of the women's javelin. Warmups for the men's pole vault cannot start until the completion of the men's triple jump.
