WACO, Texas - As we enter the 2006-07 season, here's your chance to learn more about the new Lady Bear basketball players.

Q & A with freshman Whitney Jones.

If you had one million dollars, where would it go? To poor families.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why? I would like to be taller.

If you could be any animal, what would it be, and why? I would like to be a pit bull because they're pretty.

What is your biggest pet peeve? Noise, like nails on a chalkboard.

What has been your most difficult adjustment at Baylor, in Texas? Being away from home.

If you had a supernatural power, what would it be? Flying.

What is your best characteristic or physical feature, and why? I'm really friendly.

What is the biggest difference in high school basketball and college basketball? It's more intense than high school and more physical.

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you thus far? (here at Baylor, if you have any) Luckily, nothing yet.

Who did you imitate as a child and why? Cynthia Cooper because she was good and I liked how she played.

What will you be doing at 6 p.m.? I'll be at study hall.

Who would you cast to play you in a movie? Tatiana Ali

Life would perfect if...we didn't have any rules.

If basketball wasn't an option, I'd be...running track.

I feel most comfortable when wearing...sweats.

If you could go on any reality television show, what would it be and why? 106 and Park because I could meet a lot of famous people.

What is your dream car and why? A Mercedes because they're nice and fancy.

What is one talent you don't have that you wish you had? Singing.

What do you miss most about home? Home cooked meals.

What is the biggest adjustment to college life? Being on my own.

How are you handling your independence? I have to manage my time more.

What is your motivation? My family.

What is your ultimate goal and why? To be successful in life.

What do you like most about Baylor? (non-basketball) Everyone treats you like family.

What's your favorite book and why? That was Then This is Now.

What is your weakness? My weakness is singing.

What is the best gift you've ever given? When I was in third grade I bought my mom a really nice plaque for Mother's Day.

What is your favorite Baylor sport, other than basketball? Volleyball.

What is your dream job? Coaching.

One thing I do everyday is...Watch television.
