MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
• Tonight's announced attendance was 5,143.
• Tonight's meeting marked the first meeting between Purdue and Baylor.
• Baylor will return to action on Tuesday, Nov. 21, when the Lady Bears host LSU at 7:00 p.m.
• The Preseason WNIT all-tournament team consisted of Dani Kubikwright (BYU), Marquetta Dickens (North Carolina State), Bernice Mosby (Baylor), Danielle Wilson (Baylor), Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton (Purdue) and Katie Gearlds (purdue). Gearlds was named the MVP of the Preseason WNIT.

TEAM NOTES
• The loss was only the third for head coach Kim Mulkey in the month of November. Baylor is now 31-3 under Mulkey in the month of November.
• The loss snapped a 20-game winning streak against non-conference opponents at the Ferrell Center and was the first loss for Baylor against a non-conference opponent at home since Auburn defeated the Lady Bears in the Women's NIT championship game to end the 2003 season. Under Kim Mulkey, Baylor is now 46-3 against non-conference opponents at home and 94-15 against non-conference opponents overall since her arrival.
• Baylor fell to 4-2 all-time at the Preseason WNIT.
• Tonight's contest marked the first time this season Baylor has not made more free throws than the opponent attempted. Purdue was 11-of-17 (64.7 percent) from the stripe while Baylor was 5-of-7 (71.4 percent).
• Baylor set a Preseason WNIT tournament record with 40 blocks throughout the tournament, eclipsing the previous mark of 21 held by Connecticut during the 2005 tournament.
• Baylor out-rebounded Purdue, 42-38, on the evening. The Lady Bears are now 108-20 under Mulkey when out-rebounding the opposition.
• Purdue held a 22-20 edge in points in the paint and a 19-13 edge in points off turnovers. Baylor held a 12-9 advantage in second chance points.

PLAYER NOTES
• With 26 points and 11 rebounds, Bernice Mosby recorded her third career double-double in a Baylor uniform. It was the 20th double-double of her career. Mosby led all scorers on the night.
Danielle Wilson recorded five blocks on the night. For the tournament, Wilson recorded 20 blocks, establishing a new Preseason WNIT record, breaking the old mark of 12 set by Courtney Paris (Oklahoma) during the 2005 Preseason WNIT.
Rachel Allison recorded a team-high 12 rebounds in the loss, a season-high for the sophomore and the third time she has recorded at least 10 rebounds in a game during her career.
Jhasmin Player set a season-high with four assists in the loss.
