WACO, Texas (AP) - Jessica Morrow scored 11 points and Sophia Young added 10 to lead No. 5 Baylor to a 57-26 win over Oklahoma State on Wednesday.
The Lady Bears (12-1, 2-1 Big 12) put together an 11-2 run to open the second half, extending their lead over the Cowgirls to 36-16 with 14 minutes left.
Baylor stretched its lead to 30 points, 53-23, on Chameka Scott's 3-pointer with 6:04 remaining.
The Lady Bears held Oklahoma State (6-8, 0-3) to its lowest offensive output of the season, allowing only 12 second-half points.
Whitney Pegram led Oklahoma State with 14 points.
The Cowgirls scored the first 10 points of the game, holding Baylor scoreless for more than six minutes. Shaunte Smith finished off the run with a jumper. But Morrow scored five points as Baylor responded with a 16-0 run over the next eight minutes.
The Lady Bears held Oklahoma State to four points the rest of the way to lead 25-14 at halftime.
Young got all of her points in the first half.
