WACO, Texas - Men's tennis prepares for its home opener Thursday as the top-ranked Bears host No. 8 USC at the Baylor Tennis Center.

Baylor's last defeat came against SC last February when Baylor dropped a 4-3 decision to the Trojans in Los Angeles. However, the Bears avenged their loss by defeating the Trojans 4-0 in the 2004 NCAA Championships in May. Since the loss, Baylor has won 26 straight and own a 32-match conference winning streak.

Baylor is 2-0 this season in dual matches. Baylor defeated Big 12 foes Nebraska and No. 62 Colorado last weekend 7-0, 6-1, respectively.
