WACO, Texas - Baylor's Lars Poerschke advanced into the finals today at the Polo Ralph Lauren ITA All-American in Tulsa, Okla. Poerschke took matches in the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds to earn a spot in tomorrow's final.

Poerschke faced Big 12 opponent Jerry Makowski of Texas A&M in the quarterfinal round this morning coming back from a loss in the first set to take the win 4-6, 6-1, 6-1. In the semifinals, Poerschke faced Ryler DeHart of Illinois in a 6-1, 6-2 win to earn a spot in tomorrow's championship final round.

Poerschke will take on Georgia's John Isner in the final match tomorrow. Play will begin at the conclusion of the doubles final.
