WACO, Texas (AP) - Chameka Scott made three 3-pointers in the deciding run that pushed No. 2 Baylor to a 78-68 win over Oklahoma on Sunday.

The Lady Bears (13-2, 3-1 Big 12), the nation's best 3-point shooting team, had made just one long-range shot before Scott hit from the left wing with 8:49 left for a 53-52 lead. That also started a 16-4 run.

By the time Scott made her third 3-pointer with just over five minutes left, Baylor had its largest lead at 66-56. Freshman Angela Tisdale also had a 3-pointer in the stretch.

Oklahoma (9-5, 1-2) twice cut the lead to three in the final two minutes, and both times Tisdale responded with 3-pointers.

Emily Neimann had 16 points to lead five players in double figures for Baylor, which won its 11th straight home game. The Bears are 67-10 at home in five seasons under coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson.

Steffanie Blackmon and Abiola Wabara both had 14 points, while Sophia Young and Scott had 11 each. Tisdale's only points came on her three late 3-pointers.

Leah Rush had 26 points to lead Oklahoma in scoring for the fourth game. Lauren Shoush had 11 points and Dionnah Jackson had eight points on just 3-of-15 shooting with eight rebounds.

Baylor was coming off a 103-99 loss in triple overtime at Nebraska on Wednesday night. Its only other loss was 71-70 to No. 3 LSU in the season opener.

Before being swept in its two games against the Lady Bears last season, Oklahoma had won 11 straight in the series.

Between Baylor's quick start and impressive finish, the game was tied 11 times and featured 14 lead changes.

Baylor jumped out to an 8-2 lead on Neimann's driving layup just four minutes into the game.

Rush had the only Oklahoma basket at that point, but was 1-for-5 with a turnover. She finished 12-of-21 shooting,

Consecutive baskets by Rush, on a putback and a short baseline jumper, gave the Lady Sooners their largest lead, 26-22 with 4:43 left in the first half.

Less than a minute later, Baylor was back in front.

Wabara came out of a crowd on the floor under the Baylor basket with the ball and made the shot. After Jackson missed, Chelsea Whitaker drove the floor and flipped the ball up with her left hand while falling away from the basket. The ball went in, she was fouled by Rush, and made the free throw to make it 27-26.
