• Today's crowd of 7,640 was the sixth largest crowd in Baylor women's basketball history. It is the third largest crowd to see the Lady Bears play during the regular season.
• No. 2 Baylor is now 13-2 on the season and 3-1 in Big 12 Conference play. Oklahoma falls to 9-5 and 1-2 in the conference with the loss.
• Baylor is now 7-15 all-time versus Oklahoma. Lady Bears' head coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson improves to 3-6 against the Sooners during her career at Baylor.
• The Lady Bears' improve to 8-0 at home and have now won 11 in a row at the Ferrell Center. Under Kim Mulkey-Robertson, Baylor is 62-10 in games played at the Ferrell Center.
• Baylor out-rebounded Oklahoma 41-33. The Lady Bears are now 12-1 on the season when out-rebounding their opponent.
• Baylor shot 54 percent from the three-point line during the contest, going 7-of-13 from behind the line. It was the fifth time this season the Lady Bears shot above 50 percent from the outside. The Lady Bears shot 75 percent from three-point range during the second half, going 6-of-8 from the outside.
• For only the second time this season, Baylor had five players score in double figures. The Lady Bears had five players score in double figures in the 89-62 win over Florida earlier in the year.
• Baylor's bench provided a spark for the Lady Bears as BU's bench outscored Oklahoma's bench 36-16 in the win.
• Sophia Young scored in double figures for the 24th consecutive game and the 62nd time in her last 64 games. She scored 11 points in the victory while adding seven rebounds.
• Senior Steffanie Blackmon scored in double figures for the 13th time in 15 games. She finished the game with 14 points and also led the Lady Bears with nine rebounds in the victory.
• Sophomore Emily Niemann scored in double figures for the first time in five games, scoring 16 points off the bench to lead the team in the Lady Bears victory. She has now scored in double-figures in seven games this season. She finished the game 1-of-2 from the three-point line and has hit a three-point field goal in 42 of 50 games during her career.
• Sophomore Abiola Wabara established a new career-high against the Sooners, scoring 14 points. Her previous best outing was a 12-point effort in Baylor's 89-62 win over Florida on Dec. 19, 2004.
• Junior Chameka Scott came off the bench for Baylor to score 11 points in the win. It marked the fourth time this season Scott has scored in double-figures. The junior hit 3-of-4 shots from behind the arc.
• Baylor will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, when the Lady Bears travel to Austin, Texas, to face the Longhorns at 1:00 p.m.
