WACO, Texas - Lady Bear basketball fans can purchase tickets to the 2004 State Farm Tip-Off Classic at the Baylor Athletic Ticket Office, located at Floyd Casey Stadium. Baylor will take on the LSU Tigers on Sunday, Nov. 14, at 12:30 p.m. at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas. Baylor and LSU are both ranked among the nation's top 10 in most preseason polls.

Ticket prices are $20 for reserved seats and $10 for general admission. To purchase State Farm Tip-Off Classic tickets call 254-710-1000 or 1-800-BAYLOR U or visit the Athletic Ticket Office located at Floyd Casey Stadium.

"I would like to take this opportunity to encourage everyone to make plans to travel to Austin to cheer on the Lady Bears in the State Farm Tip-Off Classic," said head coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson. "I'm very happy that the Tip-Off Classic is within driving distance for our fans and I'm hoping that we'll have an even bigger turnout in Austin than we had for our Sweet 16 game against Tennessee in Norman, Okla. This is an opportunity to be recognized and play against one of the top programs in the nation and your presence would let the everyone know what the Lady Bears already know, Baylor fans are the greatest!"

In addition, the Baylor Bear Foundation has put together a package for Lady Bear basketball fans who wish to travel to cheer on the Lady Bears against LSU. The cost of the package is $40 per person and includes bus fare, reserved ticket for both games and doughnuts and juice. The bus will leave from the Ferrell Center at 10:00 a.m. and return to Waco at approximately 7:00 p.m. The deadline for signups is Friday, Oct. 29.
