The Bears continue their four-game Big 12 road trip in Norman and Stillwater, Oklahoma this week as they take on the Oklahoma Sooners and the Oklahoma State Cowgirls. The Bears are currently 2-0 on their road trip which has included wins over Nebraska 7-0, and Colorado 4-3.
Baylor enters their match against the Sooners in sole possession of first placewith an 8-1 mark. Baylor had been tied with Texas but the Longhorns dropped a match to Texas A&M on Tuesday to fall to 7-2. The Sooners come into Thursday's match with an 18-3 record, and a 7-2 Big 12 record, they are currently tied for second place in the league. Oklahoma State enters Saturday's match with a 13-6 record and a 7-3 Big 12 record. The Cowgirls defeated the Sooners 5-2 in Stilwater on March 26.
The Sooners are led by 80th-ranked Anda Perianu, one of this week's Big 12 Co-Players of the Week. The match will be plzyed at the Headington Family Tennis Center on OU's campus. The Cowgirls have no ranked players on their squad but are holding a No. 33 ranking and are 7-3 in Big 12 play. The match will be played at the Dubois Tennis Center on OSU's campus.
