WACO, Texas - While Baylor's Benedikt Dorsch and Benjamin Becker are still in Chattanooga, Tennessee competing in the ITA Championships. Two players, Jon Reckewey and Jason Gould, have moved on and will play this weekend, Oct. 10-12.
Reckewey will be the first player to compete for Baylor at 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 10, against Jake Frederick of Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Gould has a bye on Friday, but will compete at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, against the winner of Nick Porter of UTPA and Luis Abundis of St. Edwards.
Reckewey and Gould will then combine efforts and compete as doubles partners. The duo has a bye in the first round of doubles, but will play Saturday, Oct. 11, against Oliver Steil and Nick Porter of UTPA in the second round.
