WACO, Texas - The No. 36 Baylor women's tennis team defeated the No. 57 Missouri Tigers, 4-3, in a Big 12 Conference matchup on Monday in Columbia. Baylor moves to 13-5 overall and 5-3 in league play while Missouri is now 7-7 on the season and 0-7 in Big 12 action.

Baylor won all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point and senior Katja Kovac and freshmen Patricia Graf and Daria Potapova all posted singles victories for the Bears to secure the victory.

The Bears resume action in Waco on Thurs., April 4 (1:30 p.m.) when they host the University of Oklahoma. They will also host Marquette on Sat., April 6 at 11 a.m. at the Baylor Tennis Center.
