Men's Tennis Takes on Boise State

WACO, Texas - Baylor plays host to Boise State on Fri., Mar. 1, at 6 p.m. at the Baylor Tennis Center. The Bears are playing their fourth ranked opponent at home this year and have maintained an undefeated record after defeating No. 35 South Alabama on Tues. Feb. 20, 6-1 in Waco.

The Bears stayed at No. 8 in the national rankings this past week after posting a weekend victory over Nebraska, 6-1.

Boise State comes in at 3-4 on the season, and are coming off a 4-3 win over Oregon on Sunday, Feb. 22. The Broncos bring with them Marcus Berntson who is currently ranked No. 79 in the latest ITA singles rankings.

Three Bears are undefeated in spring action: Markus Hornung is 7-0 on the season, while Zoltan Papp is at 5-0, and Mike Garcia is at 2-0.

The Bears hope to keep their seven game win streak alive with a win over No. 69 Boise State on Friday.
