Maddie Ledford joined Baylor Athletics in August 2026 as Assistant AD of Ticket Operations. In her role, she oversees the ticket office operations team and leads football ticket operations, helping provide an exceptional ticketing experience for Baylor fans and constituents.
Prior to Baylor, Ledford served as Associate Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Notre Dame from 2022-26. Before her time in South Bend, she was Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at Middle Tennessee State University from 2021-22. Ledford began her career in collegiate athletics as an Account Executive for Ticket Sales and Retention at Texas Tech University from 2019-20 before pursuing graduate studies.
A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ledford earned a bachelor's degree in Sport Marketing and Management from Indiana University in 2019 and a master's degree in Sport Administration from the University of Indianapolis in 2021.
Ledford and her husband, Garrick, were married in July 2024.
