Jordan Anderson serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of Learning Support within the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE).
Anderson has been in her current role since May 2025. In this role, she provides leadership within the Learning Support Unit while also maintaining a core responsibility as a Learning Specialist through providing one-on-one support to student-athletes. Anderson collaborates with Athletics Mental Health Services in the referral process for Psychoeducational Testing and act as a liaison to Office of Access and Learning Accommodation as well.
Prior to Baylor, Anderson worked for the University of Utah as the Learning Specialist circa 2021 within their athletic department. She provided academic support for an assigned caseload of student-athletes and was promoted in July 2024 to Director of Learning Services. In that role she continued to fulfill existing Learning Specialist responsibilities while being the Learning Services liaison to the Center for Disability and Access, assisting in the management of accomodations for all student-athletes.
From March 2018 to May of 2021, Anderson was the Tutor Coordinator within TCU's Athletic Department. There, she assisted in the day-to-day operations of the tutorial program in collaboration with the Learning Specialists. From January 2019 to December 2020, she was the Learning Specialist Graduate Assistant.
Anderson is a member of N4A and is a part of the Learning Concerns & Enhancements Committee (LCEC). She also completed the Professional Development Institute (PDI) on the Learning Specialist track in November 2024.
The DFW native graduated from Texas State University in 2017 with her bachelor of arts in Psychology with a Business minor. She went on to earn her master of education in Higher Education Leadership from TCU in December 2020.
