Baylor

Hughes Hancock joined Baylor Athletics in July 2024 as Graduate Assistant of Marketing & Fan Experience. In this role, he oversees marketing and fan experience efforts for Baylor Equestrian, Softball and Cub Club. Previously in this position, Hughes has led marketing efforts for Baylor Track & Field and has overseen donation requests and fulfillment.

Hughes attended Baylor University, where he spent time as a Fan Experience student worker. As an undergraduate student, he assisted with the in-game production of all Baylor sports including football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball.

Hughes graduated from Baylor University in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and is currently pursuing a master's degree in sport management. Hughes is originally from Birmingham, Alabama.
