Holley Reese serves Baylor Athletics as the Assistant Director of Fan Experience.
In her role, she serves as the fan experience contact for the volleyball and baseball programs.
Reese joined Baylor in October 2024 after spending two seasons at Liberty. With the Flames, she served as a graduate assistant from February 2022-23 as the main contact for field hockey, swim & dive, softball and the Flames Kids Club. She was promoted to assistant director in February 2023 and was the main contact for volleyball, women's basketball and softball, while overseeing three graduate assistants, two part-time workers and 25 interns.
Prior to Liberty, Reese was an intern and then lead intern at Fresno State, working with staff on all sports for the Bulldogs, but softball specifically.
Reese, née Estep, graduated from Fresno State in 2021 with her bachelor's in Recreation Administration with a concentration in Commercial Recreation and Event Planning. She earned her master's from Liberty in Sport Administration with a concentration in Sport Management in 2023.
The Sanger, California, native is married to Dalton Reese.
