Eric Rash

Eric Rash

Eric Rash currently serves as the Director of Applied Performance within the Baylor University Health and Wellness Department. Prior to his current role, Rash served as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach working with the Baylor Volleyball, Acrobatics and Tumbling, and Men’s Tennis programs.

Prior to Baylor, Rash was at the University of Iowa where he assisted with Track and Field, Softball, and Rowing programs. Rash served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Arkansas Tech University from 2014-2016. At Tech, he oversaw all aspects of strength and conditioning for Baseball, Softball, Golf and Cross Country along with assisting Football. Rash served as Interim Director of Strength and Conditioning during the spring of 2016.

Rash is a 2009 graduate from the University of Iowa where he earned his undergraduate degree in Neurobiology with an Integrative Physiology minor. He earned a Master of Science degree in Strength and Conditioning Studies from Arkansas Tech University in the spring of 2016. Rash holds certifications through the CSCCa (SCCC).


Eric and his wife Kristina reside in Hewitt, Texas with their two children, Ames and Saylor.

More about Eric:
My parents have been married for 28 years. I have one sister and a one-year-old niece, Scarlette. In my free time I enjoy bike rides and getting out on the water kayaking.
