Drew Pittman

Drew Pittman serves Baylor Athletics as the Senior Associate AD for Event Management and Facilities, promoted to his current role in August 2025.
 
Pittman joined the athletics department in 2005 and moved into the role as associate AD in 2018. In this role he is responsible for overall coordination of all football events. He also supports the planning, operations, and facility management for all other sporting events and athletic facilities at Baylor. 
 
In addition, Pittman has been involved in coordination and planning for over $500 million in construction and renovation projects over the last 15 years. This includes the construction of Foster Pavilion, Fudge Football Development Center, McLane Stadium, Whetsel Basketball Practice Facility and Allison Indoor Practice Facility. In 2011, Pittman was recognized with the University’s Outstanding Staff Award.
 
Pittman received a B.A. in Communications from Baylor in 2004. He is a 2012 graduate of the International Association of Venue Managers Academy of Venue Safety and Security. He also received a Sport Security Management certificate from the University of Southern Mississippi’s National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) in 2009. In 2015, Pittman was awarded the Certified Sport Security Professional designation by NCS4. 
 
Pittman also is a member of the NCS4 Intercollegiate Advisory Committee and a member of the advisory board for the University of Southern Mississippi’s Sports Security MBA program.  Since 2016, Pittman has been an instructor for NCS4 and the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) teaching sports safety and security classes through the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency. 
 
A native Texan, Pittman and his wife Alyssa have four sons - Oleg, Archer, Ellis and Theo.
