Chris Baima serves Baylor Athletics as the Senior Director for Athletic Facilities and Operations.
Baima became a part of Baylor Athletics in October of 2021 as a Director of Event Management & Facilities, elevated to his current role in August 2024.
Baima is responsible for the Allison Indoor Football Practice Facility, Simpson Academic & Athletic Center and The BANC.
Prior to joining Athletics, Baima was the Assistant Director on main campus in charge of Waco Hall from 2013-2021 where he was responsible for all technology in the building and for planning and running all events that happened in the space. Prior to that, he was the Audo Visual Technician/Event Manager for main campus, helping to run audio visual for Institutional Event Programs from 2012-13.
The Cedar Hill, Texas, native earned his bachelor's in business administration in media business from Baylor in 2011.
Baima is married to Jessica with one daughter, Brenna, and a son, Brooks.
