Maura Walsh is entering her first season as the volunteer assistant coach at Baylor, joining the soccer staff in the summer of 2020.
Walsh played soccer at Loras College in Iowa where she finished with 23 goals, 13 assists and 59 points as she received United Soccer Coaches All-Region Athlete and All-Region Scholar accolades in addition to twice being named an All-Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Athlete.
The Chicago native received her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management at Loras in 2018 before getting her master’s in that subject from Baylor in May 2020.
